It’s time to step into what God is doing.
It’s time. Since 1984, Pilgrimage has helped local churches, faith-based schools, and other ministries grow disciples. Over the years, our team has been blessed to walk the trail of life and ministry — in the wilderness and across the globe — with countless “pilgrims.” We’re grateful, and better, for it. Every life — and every organization — has seasons. God orchestrates seasons in line with His (good) purposes.
Pilgrimage officially closed its doors in October 2022.
What does that mean?
We’ve handed off each of the Tools, Trips, and Training, elements of Pilgrimage to new ventures, with new people and/or organizations stewarding them forward. Use the Quick Links below to Tools, Trips & Training.

New Leadership, Algonquin is Back
We handed the reins of the original Pilgrimage ministry platform to a seasoned vet that has been involved with the program as a staff member and as a ministry leader. With Canada dropping its vaccine mandate and quarantine requirements for cross-border travel, Algonquin is back in the mix. We helped negotiate a continued relationship with our outfitting partner there, so the same phenomenal packages and service are ready to roll for Summer 2023. And the Boundary Waters is still available too!

New Approach, Team Training for Organizations
WILD is now a ministry of Eleven:6, an organization that helps ministries design, build, and manage custom, academic-grade training programs to successfully launch the next generation of Gospel-driven leaders, and connect them to accredited degree program pathways.
How does WILD fit? It’s a dynamic tool for training leadership teams and developing dynamic leadership pipelines alongside that primary mission. And the GROW System toolbox that is the framework of WILD has also been a key foundation for academic courses in Eleven:6’s undergraduate and graduate course offerings.
The new approach will be to run custom training trips for organizations — and networks — rather than the legacy open-enrollment WILD trips. This allows for more targeted training to quickly accelerate the development of agile and effective teams.
